At West Peak Consulting we don’t work with hair salons, mechanic shops, or pizza businesses.  We work exclusively with funeral homes and crematories because we have the knowledge and expertise that only comes from operating those businesses. 


Meet the Team

Jonathan Seitz | CEO

West Peak Consulting is spearheaded by visionary CEO and Founder Jonathan Seitz. With nearly two decades of funeral home and crematory experience, Jonathan was immersed in the business and operational leadership of ten funeral businesses. As a hands-on owner his expertise at every level evolved into building one of the largest privately held funeral home companies in Colorado.

As the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for one of the largest funeral home companies in the United States, Jonathan's leadership transcends daily operations. His strategic prowess and commitment to shaping the industry positions West Peak Consulting as an industry influencer.

Kit Bradshaw | VP

Kit Bradshaw, the Vice President of Business Development, brings a diverse background in financial services, real estate, and top-tier home building management. Kit's expertise enhances West Peak Consulting's strategic vision, contributing to the company's reputation as a powerhouse in funeral home consulting.

Aaron Keyes | Executive Coach

Aaron is our Executive coach. He also works as a coach at Novus Global, an elite firm of world-class coaches who help leaders, organizations, and teams get unprecedented results.

His 20+ years of experience coaching leaders from dozens of countries around the world position him uniquely to serve leaders or companies of any size in their respective industries and organizations.

Steve Murphy | Business Development

Steve is a native of West Tennessee with funeral home/crematory/ownership experience spanning nearly 40 years.  Steve is a graduate of John A. Gupton College where following graduation he immediately immersed himself into learning the business.  He quickly saw the need for a mortuary service in Middle TN that did removal, embalming and transport services.  This mortuary quickly grew into the largest of its type in the midsouth.
After 20 years in Nashville, Steve wanted to invest back in West Tennessee so he bought an old church and built it into a thriving funeral business, surpassing his goals within three years.
Merging that business with a partnership, owning 34 funeral homes throughout TN, gave Steve the management experience which allowed him to have a unique, well rounded background in all aspects of the funeral industry.
A fun fact about Steve:  He recently published his first book called, The Last One to Let You Down.
